Join us for exercise with YMCA instructor Amy Moore! We meet for Strength and Endurance classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:30 to 10:30 AM, and Core Body Strength classes on Fridays from 9:30 to 10:15 AM.
All are welcome, and bringing a mat is required. Weights, balls, and exercise bands are all provided. All equipment is sanitized and hand-washed with soap and hot water after every class.
